Even when you are sleeping you are expending energy and burning calories. Your Basal Metabolic Rate is the number of calories that you would burn if you did nothing other than stay in bed all day. BRM is the most important factor in determining your overall metabolic rate and how many calories you need to lose, maintain, or gain weight.

Ways to increase your BRM:
• Regular exercise, especially cardiovascular
• Increase your muscle to fat ratio
• Avoid Hunger. Depriving yourself of food for long stretches will cause a drop in metabolism. Instead eat smaller, more frequent meals

  • Weight Loss Tip of the Day
    • Don't fall victim to crash diets. These are bad for you and do more harm than good in the long run. The short term results are typically that you will lose a few pounds, but once you give them up then everything comes back and your weight is worse the second time around. You cannot survive on a crash diet and you eventually get to a point where you have to give it up.
  • Important Legal Message

You may have heard about several companies offering "Free Trial Memberships" then charging your credit card right away or never letting you "opt out" of their program. This is unscrupulous and illegal.

We do not do that, and have never done it. In fact, we offer our trial memberships only through the Paypal Payment system.

    With Paypal:

    1. We do not have access to your credit card info.

    2. You have total control over when you want to cancel right in your Paypal account.

We hope this helps alleviate any fears you may have about trying our program.
