WeightLossWithoutDiets.com is a membership website. 

You get a free membership for a full 10 days. That means for 10 days you get complete access to absolutely everything on the website.  And after the 10 days you decide to continue as a full member, the cost is only $19.95 per month.

This is not a diet plan. The problem with diets is that it’s almost impossible to stay on any diet for a long period of time. In order to lose weight and keep it off it’s necessary to do the following:

  1. Reduce the amount of food that you consume.
  2. Eat healthier foods.
  3. Reduce snacking and or binge eating.
  4. Reduce eating for reasons other than hunger.

    • Drink a glass of water before you sit down to eat. Water will naturally make you feel fuller so you don't have to eat as much food.
      Have a glass of water while you eat as well. Take a drink after each bite and you will feel full more quickly so you can leave the table feeling satisfied without feeling bloated. Drinking water while you eat will also help your food to settle more quickly, which also helps you to feel full faster.
