Motivational Videos

We have two sections with inspiring motivational videos:

  1. The “Open” Motivational Videos.
    Click on the Motivational Video  link in the Member’s Area Menu to the right. These are videos from YouTube.com and other sites that will help you. Some pertain to weight loss, but many will simply make you feel good and create a healthier outlook… which is a necessary component to successful weight loss.
  2. Our “Scheduled” Motivational Videos.
    These are sent to you about every 10 days. We will provide a link to them in the notification email, but you can also access them any time you want from your members login area. These videos are about a minute long and are produced by WeightLossWithoutDiets.com

  • Weight Loss Tip of the Day
    • Don't skip meals. You should have, at the very least, three meals a day, but preferably five small meals. This will keep you from getting hungry during the day and overeating out of starvation.
  • Important Legal Message

    You may have heard about several companies offering "Free Trial Memberships" then charging your credit card right away or never letting you "opt out" of their program. This is unscrupulous and illegal.

    We do not do that, and have never done it. In fact, we offer our trial memberships only through the Paypal Payment system.

    With Paypal:

    1. We do not have access to your credit card info.

    2. You have total control over when you want to cancel right in your Paypal account.

    We hope this helps alleviate any fears you may have about trying our program.
