Burst Training

For those of you who currently have an exercise program, this is a very unique approach. Instead of walking or running for 30-60 minutes a day, Dr. Pompa from the Oxford Athletic Club suggests doing 10 minutes every other day of “Burst Training”.

    • Don't stand around, walk around. If you can walk around then do it. People who are pacers are actually doing themselves a lot of good because they are constantly moving. Pacing also helps you think.
